Latin Bakery Austin began in 2003, inspired by the encouragement of close friends and family who believed in my passion for entertaining and baking. What started as a simple way to share unique, delicious recipes soon blossomed into a small business rooted in love, tradition, and community.

For more than 20 years, I have been collecting traditional Latin American recipes passed down through generations — from my mother, Maggie, my mother-in-law, Milly, my extended family, and dear friends.
